GSAT-11,India's heaviest satellite, mission deatils in brief

india's heaviest satellite mission-gsat 11

What is GSAT 11 satellite

GSAT 11 is the India's heaviest satellite which has gone into Orbit  to boost the Internet service broadband. this 585 4 kg giant was launched not from India but from France using the arena 5 rocket which helps to drop heavy payload into Orbit. GSAT is the India's most advanced satellite multiband communication satellite which  will be a game changer for providing for student across India. the GSLV MK3 can help ISRO  to remove dependency from France for launching  heavy satellite.

It's a good news for India that India's heaviest satellite has gone to orbit with the help of France RocketTo expand a broadband services.
the weight of GSAT 11 is about 5854 kg launched from the Kourou spaceport in France Rihanna early on morning December 5.

ISRO chief K Sivan told that” this satellite will  play a vital role in providing broadband services across the country”.Scientist also said that it will provide internet access to off grid remote area in India Hills and Island where traditional fixed line broadband service are not available and would be helpful during emergency and disaster relief which is a great relief for government.
there are 440 million Indian uses of internet,Which is expected to be double by 2022. with the help of the satellite connectivity during air travel also be available. It will also provide a platform to launch new generation applications Dr Srivans said.

What is geostationary satellite:-

It is an Earth orbiting satelite, paced at an altitude of approximate 35,800 km directly over the equator the directory is same as the Earth rotation that is from west to east. at this altitude one Orbit takes the same time as the Earth takes 24 hours. the term just a circle from the fact that a satellite appears nearly stationary in the sky As seen by the viewer from the ground of the earth.

what is the need of this huge deal?

department of space is through the green light to build India's heaviest ever communication satellite in 2012. the GSAT 11 in the six years  since group from a 4.5 ton sketch to a 5.8 ton made which solar panel 4 m long which is  near about  the size of small room.

11 is a Telecom satellite design to cover the Indian mainland and nearby Island with its 5850 kg to cover  32 K U band user Spot Bean.it has been design for more than 15 years lifetime .
GSAT 11 was scheduled to launch in my original but the Indian space agency called off the mission to inspect the satellite the largest ever built in India. the result was GSAT 11 original co-passenger was forced to rescheduled for another areana V mission that took place September 25.

the difficulties caused by the missed may launchK Sivan Express gratitude for Areanespace Ability to launched GSAT 11 this year he said that I must specially thank areanespace for this great grace you have given to us.
launch perfect after 30 minute flight GSAT 11 separated from areane 5 upper stage in an elliptical geosynchronous transfer Orbit.ISRO said post separation,ISRO master control facility at Hassan in Karnataka to over the command and control of GSAT 11 and founded its health parameter normal space agency said in a statement. flight will be launched to the geostationary from the 36000 km above the equator using its onboard propulsion system.

Is the GSAT 11 is going to be the richest space asset for India.Sivan said that it is going to provide something like 60 gbps data link service to the country. It is the third in a series of four satellites government ambitious target to provide high data connectivity up to 100 gbps of data in the country under the mission of digital India.Under the Bharat net project it will provide high broadband connectivity to gram panchayat when will support high data rate application for enterprise network .

What is Bharat net?

it is the national Optical Fibre Network (NOFN)  which is triggered a Broadband revolution in rural area. The aim of Bharat net is to connect all the 250000 gram panchayat in the country and provide 100mbps connectivity to all the gram panchayat. dark fibre network  thus created sufficient bandwidth at Gram Panchayat.

When did ISRO and Arianespace started this mission ?

Regarding the value of GSAT 6a the launch of GSAT 11 was delayed and the satellite was shipped back to India from Bayana Space Centre to check for possible flaws in the satellite. The cost of transport along with transist insurance was estimated to be rupees 90 crore.

in the first week of August French satellite launch frim arianespaceShort of a letter to ISRO forcing on data condition to launch India's GSAT 11 communication satellite that it will be launched only if ISRO sends to office other communication satellite GSAT 30 and 31 for Arianespace to launch .It demanded that part of the payment for the to future launch the made before 15th August as reported by the news Indian Express this pushed the launch cost of the satellite Which can have been neglected. the cost of arianespace is expected to rupees 950 crore .

Indian space Commission had passed the bill of Rs 960 crore towards the design and manufacturing of GSAT 30-31 and GSAT 32. this came after the Union Cabinet cleared rupees 100 thousand nine hundred crore in June for 30 PSLV and GSLV MK3 launch in four years which hold have included GLAT 30 and 31 both weinging 2.6 ton.Indian decided to lift the mass GSAT 30 and 31 by 500 kg to 3.1 ton .Using its GSLV MK3 satellite that can launch satellite weighing up to four tons.

ISRO claimed it wanted the services of the French firm due to the operating value of the integers developed GSLV MK3 to launch GSAT 30 and GSAT 31 which was scheduled to be launched GSLV MK3 at 60% of cost charge by the Areanespace.

Where does India's big opportunity come from?

under the digital India program in Jammu and Kashmir and the North East ISRO last month launched  its communication satellite GSAT 29 the new and powerful GSLV MK3. GSAT 29 is the communication satellite design to improve telecommunication and internet services.
the biggest story is that GSLV MK3 is now ready to capture International Space business and launch Indian into space .Do Arena 5 and Delta 4 heavy can launch up to 8 tones however GSLV MK3 is  the huge improvement in Indian space agency which helping  India to achieve self Reliance in launching rockets and help ISRO capture more of the multi-billion international satellite market commercial opportunity.

the successful launch making India A preferred destination for many countries that need to launch heaviest satellite in the coming year ISRO needs due to its financial Allocation by the centre in the budget because the budget were thin to excel in spite of limitation.

On December 3rd space x successfully launch an ambitious mission to deploy 64 satellite into Earth orbit which also setting
record for recyclable satellites. the Falcon 9 rocket launched from vanderburg Air Force racing
from California. about 8 minutes after launching the first stage of rocket successfully landed
on the Drone ship substandard is well beyond being routing .The major head of the company is used to making rocket reusable. because with 64 satellite on an impressive rites share mission
space X is taking a whole host of different mission into Orbit it is the second most satellite ever
taken on a single launch after India which launched 104 satellite on February 15 in 2017.

How GSAT 11 will work?

Now let's take a look on how will GSAT 11 work.First of all we have to know that how do
communication satellite work. Communication satellite is used to relay radio waves from one
place on Earth to another catching signal that guy from the ground and amplifier them so that
it is it can get enough is strength and Boss then back to the second ground station somewhere
else. can get signal from anywhere live telephone calls internet data or TV broadcast .they are
usually helpful from remote communication.

ISRO satellite GSAT 11 carries a next generation1-6K bus (communication satellite hub)
to provide services in to widely used wavelength for telecommunication. GSAT 11 will reportedly
print with of 14 gigabyte per second inverse and video broadband service anywhere in India  upto
15 year life span. Terrestrial gateways or hub located in Delhi Ahmedabad Bengaluru and Rajiv
which will connect the satellite to the user and each of these hub is also connected through
optical fibres network for the fastest transmission.
